Professional Headshot Day at Co.act Detroit

A great headshot can open doors, strengthen your professional presence, and help tell your story with confidence.

Join Co.act Detroit during Drop-In Work Day for a special opportunity to receive a professional headshot from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM with photographer My Proulx of Plain Air Photography. Whether you're updating your LinkedIn profile, organization website, speaking bio, grant applications, or marketing materials, this experience is designed to help you leave with polished, professional images that reflect who you are.

My's approach is warm, guided, and approachable. You do not need to know how to pose or feel "camera ready" before you arrive. Throughout your session, you'll receive coaching on posture, expressions, and positioning to help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

About the Photographer

My Proulx is the photographer behind Plain Air Photography. She is a Flint-based photographer, arts educator, and creative who loves helping people feel comfortable, confident, and seen in front of the camera.

She photographs professional headshots, portraits, events, performances, dance studios, and community-centered projects. No matter the setting, her goal is to create images that feel polished, natural, and authentic to the person in front of her.

• No appointment is necessary. Headshots will be offered on a drop-in basis between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

• Registration for Drop-In Work Day is required to participate in the headshot experience.

• Participants will receive additional details regarding image delivery following the event.
