Ezekiel Harris
Executive Director
Ezekiel Harris is a seasoned social impact leader, entrepreneur, and strategist with more than a decade of experience advancing community and economic development across the nonprofit, real estate, and startup sectors. He brings a deep commitment to building ecosystems that foster collaboration, innovation, and economic mobility. Prior to joining Co.act Detroit, Ezekiel served as Founder and Principal Consultant of Freedmen’s Lab, a firm that partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen operations, design innovative programs, and expand access to capital. He was previously Chief Operating Officer at Urū Sports, a $1.6M venture-backed workforce development startup connecting former elite athletes to meaningful careers, and Senior Project Manager at IFF, where he led feasibility and real estate development efforts for community-based projects across the Midwest. Earlier in his career, Ezekiel served as Executive Director of MACC Development, where he oversaw the $2 million transformation of a 12,000-square-foot building into a vibrant community hub and expanded programs that supported neighborhood revitalization and entrepreneurship. He also helped launch United Way X, the social innovation lab at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, where he led cross-sector collaborations to address systemic issues such as youth transit and tax foreclosure. A graduate of the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, where he was captain of the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team, Ezekiel has been recognized with the Spirit of Detroit Award and was featured in the Detroit Metro Times “People of Detroit” issue for his leadership and community impact.

LeKelah Dewberry
Program Manager
LeKelah Dewberry is a graduate of Wayne State University, where she earned a B.S. in Business Management. Her natural knack for business coupled with her educational background availed her more than 15 years of organization planning; improving processes and policies; and grants and contracts management for non-profit organizations; corporations; primary, secondary, and tertiary education; and government entities. Additionally, LeKelah’s passion for youth engagement and development has been expressed through mentoring and program coordination for over 23 years through youth-serving agencies and church ministries. As the Program Manager for Co.act Detroit, LeKelah brings experience supporting a grant fund and has extensive knowledge of the nonprofit landscape in Southeast Michigan. She also has a genuine heart for people. Outside of her work with youth and community, she also lends her talents to the real estate industry, helping people through the process of buying and selling properties in southeast Michigan. When not at work, you can find her making great memories with her family and friends and traveling.

Operations Manager
Esteria Rogan provides a high level of operations management to Co.act, and administrative support to the Executive Director. She draws upon a robust background of nonprofit management, operations, and special projects support, ensuring smooth internal operations for Co.act. Esteria has over 25 years of experience in managerial, operations and executive administration in metro Detroit, working in diverse industries including non-profit, community development and real estate development. Prior to joining Co.act Detroit, Esteria served as the Manager of Operations for Detroit Future City. Esteria attended Macomb Community College and Oakland University, where she received certifications in Nonprofit Management, Project Management and Administrative Assistant work. She attended Northwestern | Kellogg School of Management where she received her certification in Nonprofit Finance, and is also a certified housing counselor. Esteria is actively involved in her church, where she serves on the Executive Board and serves as Chair for the Ameldia R. Brown Scholarship Fund. Esteria enjoys event planning, singing with her church praise team, and bowling.

Asia Blaney
Program Manager
Asia Blaney supports the Co.act Grants Team through various programs, including the Participatory Grantmakers cohort. She recently managed The WELL Fund, an emerging grant program that supported BIPOC-led youth organizations. Asia is passionate about building nonprofits and small businesses, and has experience consulting for small businesses on PR, social media, and other business endeavors. She also served in a variety of roles that strengthened her skills in project management, grants administration, and leadership, including as an Account Manager for a tutoring nonprofit. Asia continues to utilize and grow these skills through her passion as an Alternative Fashion content creator. She is a graduate of Concordia University, receiving a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Strategic Marketing. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and minor in Community Action and Social Change at University of Michigan. Asia is also the co-founder of Onyx Comix; a comic book organization geared toward improving representation of black characters and creators in fantasy and sci-fi comics. In her spare time, she enjoys reading manga, and playing video games or a thrilling game of DnD.

She is a proud alum of Central Michigan University where she studied journalism, and a graduate of Communication and Media Arts High School. Lauren hails from Brooklyn, New York and has lived throughout southeast Michigan since 2015. She received her Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan and has focused her work on nonprofit management and community development. Previously, Lauren founded and ran a youth program in Detroit and has supported several nonprofits in various capacities in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Detroit. When she is not working, Lauren can be found adventuring with her family or at the gym.

Jaclynn (Jackie) Louden is the Senior Community and Program Manager at Co.act Detroit and loves helping people grow, learn, connect to resources, and collaborate. She has spent the majority of her career in the nonprofit sector, gaining experience in areas such as Project Management, Nonprofit Management and organization operations. While Senior Community and Program Manager is her primary job function by day, Jackie also enjoys being a mother to six beautiful children and a wife to an amazing husband. She loves Detroit, and is passionate about improving the community’s quality of life. Jackie has earned an Associates in the Arts Degree from Oakland Community College, a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Oakland University, a Certificate of Project Management from Davenport University, and is currently working on her Bachelor of Science Degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration at Central Michigan University. As the Program Manager for Co.act Detroit, LeKelah brings experience supporting a grant fund and has extensive knowledge of the nonprofit landscape in Southeast Michigan. Cydney Camp is a visual artist, creative entrepreneur, and economic development professional. She maintains an active studio painting practice, and provides freelance project management support to several clients. In her previous work at Design Core Detroit, Cydney connected designers to growth opportunities, and helped local businesses solve their challenges with design. While at the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, she helped Detroit-based businesses grow through nationally acclaimed programs Motor City Match and NEIdeas. Cydney received her degree in Social Relations and Policy from James Madison College at Michigan State University, and will soon earn her MFA in Painting at the Cranbrook Academy of Art (2023, expected).

Laura Trudeau
Laura Trudeau is the Principal of Trudeau Consulting, LLC, supporting efforts to grow the capacity of nonprofits and to increase equitable investment in public spaces and connectivity in Detroit and Southeast Michigan. Previously, Laura served the Kresge Foundation as Managing Director, Detroit and Community Development and led the Detroit Program Team. Key initiatives during her tenure included Detroit Future City, the M-1 Rail streetcar, the Kresge Artist Fellows, the New Economy Initiative, and KIP:D. Laura held prior positions at National Bank of Detroit (now JPMorgan Chase-Michigan) including VP of Contributions and Community and Director of Corporate Philanthropy. Laura was also the initial Executive Director of the start-up Joe Louis Greenway Partnership. Laura has served as a Co.act Strategic Advisor since January 2023, and founding member and Chairperson of the Co.act Board of Directors since December 2024. Laura is the Chair of the Coact Executive Committee.

Susan Musinsky
Susan Musinsky leads 4Change, a coaching and advisory organization which builds on her decades of experience as a nonprofit executive. She focuses on strengthening capacity at all levels—staff, boards, and communities—while advancing sustainable growth. As Founding Executive Director of the Social Innovation Forum, she grew the organization from a volunteer effort to a $3M+ nonprofit, creating new programs, a pooled fund, and a national peer learning cohort. Earlier in her career she also led LeadBoston, directed Anytown New England, and taught at Boston College. Susan continues to champion inclusive communities through her board and civic leadership. Susan has served as a Co.act Strategic Advisor since January 2024, and a founding member of the Co.act Board of Directors since December 2024. Susan serves on the Governance Committee.

Kyle Caldwell
Kyle Caldwell is a dedicated advocate for Michigan’s philanthropic sector, bringing over 25 years of experience in government, nonprofit, and philanthropy. Since 2018, he has served as president and CEO of the Council of Michigan Foundations, where he guides the Council’s “Equity at the Center” framework and leads efforts to strengthen and support the state’s philanthropic community. Previously, he held leadership roles at the Johnson Center for Philanthropy at GVSU, the C.S. Mott Foundation, Michigan Community Service Commission, and Michigan Nonprofit Association. Throughout his work in government, nonprofits, and in foundations, Kyle has helped develop innovative and collaborative strategies and programming that strengthen communities in Michigan. Kyle has served as a Co.act Strategic Advisor since January 2023, and a founding member and Secretary of the Co.act Board of Directors since December 2024. Kyle is the Chair of the Governance Committee.

Kimberly Faison
Kimberly Faison is the Vice President of Thriving Resilient Neighborhoods at Detroit Future City, an urban innovation center and think-tank that provides data-driven, community-rooted guidance toward their mission of advancing economic equity and quality of life for Detroiters. In this role, she oversees operations and strategy for three teams focused on ground-level neighborhood planning and urban design strategies. Kimberly previously served as a program officer for the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, supporting work in nonprofit support and innovation, entrepreneurship and economic development, and early childhood initiatives.
